This is a free 15 minute consultation to address any questions you may have regarding my services and how we might work together.

Cancellation Policy

1. All online scheduling is paid in full at the time of registration. Rescheduling or canceling services or appointments more than 24 hours before the scheduled service or appointment will be rescheduled at the earliest availability without penalty. 2. Rescheduling or canceling appointments with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the full cost of the service or appointment, and no refund will be given. 3. If any service or appointment must be rescheduled due to an emergency, please contact our staff directly at empowered@riandean.com or call us directly at (440) 941-7828 to reschedule your service or appointment.
